This position is for an ambitious individual who wants to learn and acquire a number of high valued technical skills. This candidate will work closely with the entire operations team, product team, and engineers who are willing to coach, train and support you in adding all of the required skills, and then some.
Responsibilities
Policy Enforcement and Development
- Assist in enforcing Field Operations policies and procedures. Ensure consistent adherence to Field Operations policies and procedures through proactive monitoring, comprehensive documentation review, and strategic implementation of compliance protocols across all operational levels.
- Assist in developing and implementing new compliance procedures as needed.
- Analyzing and updating existing compliance policies and related documentation.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Document and monitor control systems.
- Analyze compliance data to identify trends and potential risk.
- Prepare reports for management on compliance status and issues.
- Use of Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 0-1 years of work experience related to operational management in the financial services or tech industry and Bachelor's degree and/or Associate's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
